| The CPC received a grant
in the amount of $25,611 from the Alabama Department of Public Health to help
educate the community on the harmful effects of secondhand smoke. The CPC
has organized a small group of students, ages 10-19 to help with this task.
These students are being trained in leadership skills using the YEP! program and
are being trained as community health advocates. Please refer back to this
page often for updates!
